Macros is a type of recording tool, it records the work you do and repeats them in the same order when run, let us know how to create macros in Microsoft Word.

To create a macro in Microsoft Word, you must first enable the Developer Tools tab in the ribbon. For this, you have to go to Office Button, here you will see the Word option, click on it. Here you will see the check box option of Show Develop Tab in the Ribbon in the Popular tab, tick it, by doing this the Developer Tools tab will appear in the ribbon.

Click on this developer tools, here you will get the option of Macro. To make Macro, click on Record Macros, here you will be asked Macros Name, if you want to give the name, then it will be okay or else it will be named Macro1 or Macro2 from Word and then OK.

Now recording has started, an old cassette-like mark will be coming on your mouse cursor, now you write anything, it is being recorded. Click Stop Recording to stop recording To view Record Macro, click on View Macros and select the macro you have named, now click on Run.
